Charles is currently President and CEO of Vision Wealth Management, Inc., in Dallas, Texas.

Charles graduated with a BBA in General Business from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Following graduation, he worked for Arthur Young & Company as a tax specialist and with KPMG Peat Marwick as a tax manager. In 1980, he established his own accounting firm, Chapman, Sanders and Hart in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Charles left public accounting in 1984 to devote his full time to financial advisory services specializing in individual income tax and estate planning. In 1985 he moved to Dallas to form Allbright & Hart Financial Advisors, Inc. with Mr. William Allbright.

In April of 2000, Mr. Hart formed his own firm, Vision Wealth Management, Inc. This firm embraces his desire to service his clients’ unique needs on a more personal level.

Charles R. Hart is an independent financial planner offering securities through VSR Financial Services. He is a Certified Investment Management Consultant. He is a member of the Institute of Investment Management Consultants, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
